I never said that whoever owns the site has $250,000 cash in their bank account or anything. I'm just saying if the entire web site was sold, it would measure up somewhere in that vicinity.

Stock dividends are a joke because they are double taxed, only are handed out when the company feels like it (sometimes never), and only really give you any kind of appreciable amount of money back if you have a ton of shares.
